This week’s guest is Martha Norbeck, founder of C-Wise Design and Consulting out of Iowa City, and the current Chair of USGBC Iowa Chapter.

Raised in an environmentally aware household and educated in various settings around the world, Martha was an early adopter of the essential need to incorporate environmental aspects in designing and building structures and communities. She discovered that it was these designers who were making a real difference in communities. After working with various architecture firms for a few years, she started her own company to specialize in green building consulting with an emphasis on LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)Certification.
